Henry Crowther

Henry Crowther was an equestrian and sporting artist who’s work developed over his long career.

Henry first exhibited in 1875 at the Royal Pavilion Gallery in Brighton, and then at the RoyalAcademy from 1876 to 1898. He concentrated on dog paintings from 1900 until 1933 and was the first artist to attend Crufts Dog Show in order to obtain commissions.
